Re: Cancellation Policy

• On Y Class Fare Tickets, if cancellation is made two days before the flight date 5% will be charged, 1 day before the flight date 10% will be charged and same day 2 hours before the flight time 33.33% will be charged.
• On A Class Fare Tickets, if cancellation is made two days before the flight date 5% will be charged, 1 day before the flight date 10% will be charged and same day 2 hours before the flight time 50% will be charged.
• On B Class Fare Tickets, if cancellation is made two days before the flight date 10% will be charged, 1 day before the flight date 33.33% will be charged and same day 2 hours before the flight time 50% will be charged except Bharatpur, Simara and Pokhara based sector.
• C, D & E Class fares Tickets are not refundable.
• For Bharatpur, Simara and Pokhara based flights (PKR-BHR, PKR-BWA, PKR-KEP) on B class fare tickets are not refundable.
• On Y & A Class Fares Tickets are allow rescheduling for not more than 3 times after then Rs 500 will be charged for each rescheduling.
• On B Class Fares Tickets are allow rescheduling for 1 time only.
• Rescheduling charge on C, D & E Class fares Tickets is Rs 500 for each rescheduling.

Note:

• Passenger will be treated as no Show for not reporting with in reporting time.
• 33% discount will be allowed to child in Normal Fare only.
• Baggage allowance is 15 KG for Class Y, A, & B and 10 KG for Class C, D & E.
• No Child discount on Mountain Flight.
